Privacy Policy for eMoods Bipolar Mood Tracker Classic (Mobile) App & eMoods Wellness Tracker App

This Privacy Policy (“Policy“) describes the policies and practices of Yottaram, LLC (“we” or “us“) as to the collection, use, or disclosure of information that we collect from you (“User” or “Users”) when you download and use the eMoods Android or iOS mobile applications (the “App“).

Our privacy policy is simple. Your data is fully in your control.
All individual Users’ data entered into the App remains locally on their phone/mobile device. We do not collect or receive this information. User data is not saved online on a server; it is saved only on the User’s device.

The App has no registration process or logins. Data may only be accessed with physical access to Users' phones/mobile devices.

Users may opt to enter a first name in an optional field on the App, which is stored only on the User’s phone/device, and appears only on the exportable monthly report.

No personally identifying information is ever collected by the App.

Data transmission and backup

The App allows a user to export CSV data or send a PDF report, only when initiated by the User to send this data. Data will be transmitted as an email attachment to oneself or chosen recipient (such as a medical practitioner). The owner/creator/developers of this App cannot access user data entered into the phone/device or its exports. Data cannot be transferred without explicit action by the User.

Users may opt-in to connect the App to other services such as (but not limited to) Google Health Connect to import their health and fitness data for viewing within the App. Google Health data is displayed but is never saved in the context of the App. Google Health data is never shared by the App and no App data is transmitted to Google Health.

Users may opt-in to export and backup their application information to a third-party storage service of choice such as Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox. We do not have access to or receive this data. Data cannot be transferred without explicit action by the User.

Data Deletion

User data can be deleted by deleting the App and any User-initiated exported materials created through the App.

Email

If you contact us through email or the customer support messenger for support or other feedback, your email address and all communication will be retained within our customer support platform. Email addresses will be used only to provide support or feedback, and will never be used for marketing purposes or released to third-parties.
