Tracking Points

Last updated 1 week ago

What are ‘Tracking Points’?

A 'tracking point' is a data point of something you want to keep an eye on with your daily activity log. For example, one user tracks how many cups of coffee she has per day and whether they engaged in cardio, as these are two factors that contribute heavily to her daily well being.

All users can toggle the default tracking points and as a patron you can edit and add new custom tracking points from the settings menu, under the 'Log Moods' header.

Default Tracking Points

eMoods includes several commonly tracked items by default, but not everyone needs all the defaults. Talk with your medical provider(s) about which are most important for your situation. Those you don’t need can be toggled off.

Toggling Default Symptoms Tracking

Not every individual needs to track all of the default symptoms; they can be individually toggled off in the settings menu through the 'Edit Default Tracking Points' option.
